Applicants are requested to submit a curriculum vitae and cover letter which is reviewed by a selection committee
consisting of the organization administrators, human resource department director, clinical residency/fellowship program
coordinator, and clinical faculty.

The applications are evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Academic education & degrees obtained
  • Clinical education and mentoring experiences
  •  Clinical experience in orthopaedic physical therapy
  • Research experience
  • Community service

Desirable applicants include those who:

  • Possess strong fundamentals in the principles of clinical reasoning and the application of orthopaedic physical
    therapy examination and treatment procedures
  • Possess superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Be physically able to appropriately perform manual examination and treatment procedures
  • Have the psychological, social and physical stability required for participation in and successful completion of the program

The application deadline is Jan 1st (of each year) for March 1st program start date. Interview is available upon request. A
letter of acceptance or non­acceptance will be provided within two weeks of the deadline. If the participant accepts the
fellowship position, a signed contract is required by the participant to be sent to Agile Physical Therapy no later than the
designated deadline or the position will be forfeited.
