Bryan Wong

Meet Bryan
Bryan is a Bay Area native, graduating from UCSF/SFSU in 2020 earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Currently, he is a resident of Agile’s Orthopaedic Residency.
Bryan has a background in dragonboating, competitively lifting weights, and recreational sports. Through these experiences, he learned that there is still widespread misinformation regarding the implementation of resistance training and its proposed dangers, and has seen first-hand how the lack of exercise and structured physical activity has been to our population’s detriment, both young and old. As such, Bryan developed a passion for educating the orthopaedic population, and serving as an advocate for youth athletes from all walks of life. As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Powerlifting Coach, and workout enthusiast himself, he has been privileged in serving these communities as a coach, mentor, and now Physical Therapist.
Through communication, transparency, exercise specifically tailored to each patient, and hands-on care, Bryan works with each patient to guide them in achieving their goals.
In Bryan’s spare time, he enjoys learning things outside of his craft, staying active, spending time with loved ones, and exploring new areas with his girlfriend’s dog, Fluffy.
