Lauren earned her B.S. in Physiology from the University of Delaware. Lauren then graduated with her Master of Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and began working for the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. She spent the early years of her career in a concussion clinic, treating athletes with visual and vestibular disturbances.
Beginning her adventure to the west coast, Lauren was on staff at the University of Colorado Hospital where she began to focus on specializing in the treatment of the upper extremity. Lauren graduated from the Stanford Hand Therapy Fellowship in 2018 and recently passed her CHT exam this May. She now works for Agile Physical Therapy at Palo Alto Medical Foundation in San Carlos and serves as the coordinator and mentor for Agile’s AOTA Accredited Hand Therapy Fellowship.
