Sandy earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco and San Francisco State University. In addition to her schooling, she received her certification in Myofascial Decompression (MFD) and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Prior to her physical therapy education, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at the University of California, Santa Cruz and coached women’s gymnastics for 4 years.
Sandy is currently in the Orthopaedic Residency Program through Agile Physical Therapy (2020-2021). She enjoys working with her patients to identify individual mobility goals in order to create specialized treatment programs.
In her free time, Sandy enjoys hiking, rock climbing, salsa dancing, practicing yoga, and tending to her many plants.
