Brenna Lewman

Meet Brenna
Brenna earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy from San Diego State University, in 2020 and 2016 respectively. Upon receiving her Doctorate degree, Brenna returned to San Francisco to complete a one-year Orthopedic Residency Program at Kaiser Permanente in preparation to become a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Brenna was a Varsity soccer player at Carlmont High School and grew up playing softball, basketball, and soccer. After being injured in her Sophomore year and attending months of physical therapy, she realized that becoming a Physical Therapist was her calling. As a former high school soccer player and lifelong athlete, Brenna has developed a passion for rehabilitating athletes so that they can return to the sport they love — stronger and smarter. She believes that no two injuries are exactly the same, and each patient deserves a unique individualized program to help them reach their specific goals. Brenna strives to use the latest evidence and modern methodology to create a program that will help patients return to their best quality of life, while also focusing on injury prevention.
In her free time Brenna enjoys hiking, running, and high intensity interval training. She loves traveling, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and tiring out her German Shorthaired Pointer named Ace.
