Meet Chris
“I want to help people move better, smile more, and be healthy.”
Chris is a Board Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist in Los Angeles and an NSCA Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist with extensive experience in the management of sports injuries at all
levels. He completed his undergraduate training in Exercise Physiology at Louisiana State
University before receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine
for Health Sciences. Upon completion of graduate school, Chris furthered his specialist training
by completing a year-long Orthopedic Residency through Harris Health System in Houston, TX.
Chris believes in hands-on, individualized sessions that utilize current evidence-based, field
leading treatment. He is well-established in the athletic community with patients of all ages,
having past partnered with local high school and college-level athletes to help train them towards
their fitness goals. Additionally, he has publications on Fall Recovery and care for Advanced
Aging in the geriatric population. He offers treatment concepts such as Cupping and
Kinesiotaping to enhance personal goals and athletic performance. He also has training with
post-operative joint replacement, tendon/ligament repairs, and Concussion management.
Chris comes to the Agile team from Houston, TX where he managed one of the top Sports
Medicine and Rehab clinics in the area. He is moving to the Los Angeles region with his wife,
Stephanie, and his loyal dog, Charlie. “I’m excited to take them both paddle boarding, and I’ll
be taking bets on which one (Stephanie or Charlie) can stand up on the board the longest.”
