Discrimination is Against the Law

It is the policy of Agile Physical Therapy, Inc. to ensure equality for all without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, military and veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law. Agile Physical Therapy, Inc. prohibits any such discrimination or harassment.

Agile Physical Therapy, Inc. encourages reporting of all perceived incidents of discrimination or harassment. It is the policy of Agile Physical Therapy, Inc. to promptly and thoroughly investigate such reports. Agile Physical Therapy, Inc. prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination or harassment or participates in an investigation of such reports.

Agile Physical Therapy, Inc.:

  • Provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as:
    • Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
  • Provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
    • Qualified interpreters
    • Information written in other languages
