With my physical therapist at the Palo Alto Ca. physical therapy office I have received very good physical therapy for my broken ankle which due to their physical therapy program has provided me a beneficial and positive healing and strengthening process for these last three months. Due to their professionalism and devotion, my concerns for my broken ankle has subsided considerably allowing me to focus on my physical therapy needs with less worry. Agile was great! Alexandra took a lot of time to really listen to what was going on as I answered her very specific and insightful questions. I felt she took a wholistic approach to understand my lifestyle -- even things that seemingly had nothing to do with my hip flexor (though I later learned that they did). Like past surgeries, hydration, sleep, diet (protein), etc. I've been to so many ortho doctors who see a body part (knee, elbow, foot, etc.) and quickly recommend a surgery to fix it, without considering the bigger picture. Alexandra was the opposite of that.
Then, her physical examination quickly identified exactly what I could and could not do, isolating the specific area of concern. She quickly adjusted the exercises to adapt to my limitations.
I left the long appointment feeling really confident/hopeful about our plan of action.

I was experiencing arthritic pain in the thumbs of both hands. I was immediately impressed at the first session when the PT, Noom Siraturos, took a holistic approach and helped me to understand that while the pain was in my hands, addressing my upper body strength was the right approach. After a series of hand and upper body strengthening exercises, I was amazed at the change. Not only was I pain free the majority of the time but my upper body was so much stronger. I can’t say enough good things about Noom and Agile in general.

I just wrapped up a year of physical therapy with Tyler Vinson at Agile in Palo Alto, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. In October 2024 I had surgery for FAI (cam deformity) in my right hip, and I went from barely being able to walk to getting back to basketball, tennis, and weightlifting. Along the way I faced right leg weakness, muscle imbalances, nerve pain, and bouts of shoulder, neck, and back strain. Tyler consistently adapted my program to help me move past each challenge. He’s patient, exceptionally knowledgeable, and always listened to my concerns so we could adjust the plan to meet my goals. Plus, he’s a genuinely fun and interesting person, and I appreciated getting to know him over the year.

While my right leg may never be exactly the same as a non-operated leg, it’s now significantly stronger and more stable than before. I can squat deeper without pain or pinching—which even makes long flights more comfortable at my height (6'3"). The front desk team is wonderful: cordial, responsive, and communicative. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the equipment is top-notch. I also love that each therapist sees only one patient per hour, so you get their full attention—unlike many places with shorter appointments and divided focus.

One note for prospective patients: although Agile was in network for me, there was balance billing between the negotiated insurance rate and Agile’s full rate, so my year of therapy was more expensive than expected. That said, the quality of care and the attention to detail helped me regain over 90% of my right hip function, and it was absolutely worth it. I would choose Agile again without hesitation.

I went for my first PT appointment at the Palo Alto APT facility. What I observed in the waiting room was a positively friendly interaction of patients and the front reception desk personal.
The patients were called in by their providers, all happy to greet and see.

I saw Noom, ( Dr T Sirimaturos ). I saw him before from 2016 to 2019 (precovid). The exercises he put me on helped me remain mobile without great discomfort to do things I enjoy. But age has caught on and I need his help again. He evaluated me and explained his plans. He is giving me four weeks after which he will re-evaluate and recommend appropriately then.

With Noom’s expert recommendations, I am hopeful I can again avoid invasive treatment of my problem.

It is by far the very BEST physical therapy I have ever had. I’ve had a lot of PT. The therapist stays with the client the entire time. Other places spend 15 min and then pawn you off to some trainee or take new clients after your 15 min and just try to watch across the room while you are doing your assigned exercises on your own. I had a robotic assist total knee replacement on July 1st. I have been receiving outpatient physical therapy at Agile since the third week of my recovery. I researched a number of physical therapy resources. Almost all of them were for athletes or children, but not for medical conditions. Agile is one that welcomes people in need of recovery. Christina has been a tremendous help to my wife with her condition, and my wife has truly benefited from working with her. She spoke so highly of Christina that I decided to book my own session for my lower back.

I'm writing a second review of my great experience with Agile. A year ago I worked with Tyler Vinson at Agile for a bad neck problem. The entire experience was great, and he really helped me recover. At the time I was so impressed that I was moved to write my very Google review.

Well, I re-injured the neck and had another procedure. I immediately went back to Agile and worked with Tyler again. Just as last time, it's been great all around. Fortunately the problem wasn't as bad this time, and we worked through it fairly quickly. Again, Tyler spent a lot of time answering my endless questions about how and (more importantly) why I should do the various exercises.

Just had my last session, and just like last time I walked away with two important things: first, I have almost totally recovered. And second I have a solid plan to build on my exercises and get back to physical activity.

Five stars all around; couldn't recommend Agile and Tyler more.

I have been with Agile for my ACL injury since February'25. I was lucky to get Christina Allen as my physiotherapist from the very begining. She has been attentive, approachable, and understands my needs. She customizes the exercises in every session basing upon my weekly progress. Front Desk is also very professional. Appointments rescheduling very easy. As for insurance, this was out of network for me. They were very transparent about it. However I think it was worth it.

This is a great place. From the front office to the therapists, every one is super-organized and professional. The therapists are very good. I had a complex situation going on and my therapist (Payton) even helped with the diagnosis in terms of whether it was hamstring tendinosis, a muscle injury or spinal neuropathy related. Even the Doctors I saw couldn't be sure. But by making me do various movements, Payton was able to narrow it down.

I highly recommend Tyler Vinson and Agile Physical Therapy! He helped me recover from a shoulder fracture and chronic hip pain during a very tough time in my personal life. He is kind, thorough and very knowledgeable. He set realistic goals for me, kept me on track with a variety of workouts and home exercises. Three months later my hip is still pain free and I have great mobility in my shoulder. Agile is also very responsive at the front desk with appointments. I recently completed my ten months of P.T. at Agile with Tyler Vinson. Tyler helped me recover from surgery for ACL reconstruction. This is not an easy recovery and Tyler helped me every step of the way so I could return to all my activities - weight training, dancing, running and my ultimate goal, roller skating at the skatepark. This is my third time over 5 years to get to work with Agile Physical Therapy. Each time I have been extremely pleased with the outcome. Recently I have spent nearly 3 months working with Tyler Vinson to recover from a running injury in my right foot. Tyler' created a comprehensive strengthening and stretching regime , and met with me weekly to add and subtract components of the therapy. I stuck closely with Tyler's program for 11 weeks and successfully worked my way out of the injury. I am back to running almost at full strength now and very pleased. I recently had physical therapy at Agile in Palo Alto for an attack of sciatica. I didn't even know what sciatica was until my doctor explained it to me. It was terribly disabling and I could barely walk for a few weeks. The attack started March 20 and my final PT session was yesterday, June 5. During that time I had an MRI and saw many doctors. But my physical therapist, Tyler, was the one that saved the day. He knew all the right moves and uncannily predicted all the small problems the MRI would reveal. Absolutely great guy, friendly and professional. No cortisone shots were ever needed. The people who answer the phones, typically a woman named Marly, were always friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Agile highly enough!

I have literally never written an online review before, but felt compelled to because of the fantastic experience I had at Agile!

I had an extremely painful bulging disc in my neck that cuased constant shooting pains and numbness in my arm. I required three cortisone injections. The first two injections helped a bit, but faded quickly. Before the third, I reached out to Agile, and had a couple of sessions with Tyler Vinson.

Tyler immediately began me on exercises that started reducing the pain even before I received the cortisone shot. Afterwards, he worked with me for a couple of months. The results were night and day compared to the previous cortisone treatments.

I rapidly regained function and range of motion, and the pain and numbness subsided quickly. As we progressed through treatment, Tyler was extremely good about explaining what the issues were and how the various exercises would help. Understanding all of this made a huge difference in my recovery. I made rapid progress. The pain and numbness reduced and my range of motion got measurably better from one day to the next.

All of this meant that within a few weeks my quality of life became better than it had been in over six months. I was able to ride my motorcycle again, and begin regular exercising. Without the constant pain (or mind-numbing painkillers) I was also able to much better focus at work and do chores around the house that had become painful.

Partway through, I got a bit too enthusiastic about returning to weight lifting and strained my rotator cuff. Tyler rapidly diagnosed this, changed my exercise program to compensate and help reduce the rotator cuff issue. Within a couple of weeks it subsided, and I was able to still make progress on my neck and arm issues.

I am now almost fully recovered, with no pain or quality of life issues. My arm is is still a bit weak, but I'm continuing to make progress on my own.

More importantly, because of the excellent communication during physical therapy, I am much better prepared to handle any flare ups or setbacks. I also have all the tools I need to keep my neck and shoulders strong and prevent recurrence.

I want to express my appreciation to Tyler for his excellent instruction and support through this process. It made all the difference in the world. I would also like to thank all the folks at Agile, who were very helpful when I had scheduling issues.

Made me more injured. The PT I had brought a lot of her own personal bias into the treatment just because she had done the same sport as me and made a lot of rude and unprofessional comments during our sessions. My 12-year-old daughter plays high-level club soccer, but lacked the strength, physicality, and explosion necessary to play an aggressive style with confidence. Meghan was recommended to us by an elite collegiate athlete, to improve strength and conditioning, which she felt would ultimately improve speed, acceleration and general toughness. Meghan has a wonderfully outgoing personality and is fun to be around, but also works my daughter hard, both during their training sessions and with a scripted workout regimen she’s to follow at home. After just a few months working privately with Meghan, my daughter’s testing metrics have doubled, and it shows on and (more importantly) off the field. She no longer is afraid to engage in contact against bigger competitors, and as a result plays much more aggressively, with confidence to use her body to gain leverage over opponents. She feels stronger, so she plays stronger, because she *is* stronger. That increased confidence has also carried over to life outside of soccer, both at school and in her social interactions. She adores Meghan and looks up to her as a role model. My daughter looks forward to their training sessions, even though she knows it will require intense effort and hard work. Meghan has had a significant influence on my daughter and is the ideal trainer for any youth athlete looking to build strength, quickness, explosion, and most of all…confidence.

I'm having a great experience with Agile. Maddie is my therapist. She explained to me the reasons of my injury and simplified it so I could understand. I got some recommended exercises and a running program to get back on the track sooner than I thought. I'm feeling a lot of relief from just a week and getting on the track soon to run again. I was immediately impressed at the first session when the PT, Noom Siraturos, took a holistic approach and helped me to understand that while the pain was in my hands, addressing my upper body strength was the right approach. After a series of hand and upper body strengthening exercises, I was amazed at the change. Not only was I pain free the majority of the time but my upper body was so much stronger. I can’t say enough good things about Noom and Agile in general.

I just wrapped up a year of physical therapy with Tyler Vinson at Agile in Palo Alto, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. In October 2024 I had surgery for FAI (cam deformity) in my right hip, and I went from barely being able to walk to getting back to basketball, tennis, and weightlifting. Along the way I faced right leg weakness, muscle imbalances, nerve pain, and bouts of shoulder, neck, and back strain. Tyler consistently adapted my program to help me move past each challenge. He’s patient, exceptionally knowledgeable, and always listened to my concerns so we could adjust the plan to meet my goals. Plus, he’s a genuinely fun and interesting person, and I appreciated getting to know him over the year.

While my right leg may never be exactly the same as a non-operated leg, it’s now significantly stronger and more stable than before. I can squat deeper without pain or pinching—which even makes long flights more comfortable at my height (6'3"). The front desk team is wonderful: cordial, responsive, and communicative. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the equipment is top-notch. I also love that each therapist sees only one patient per hour, so you get their full attention—unlike many places with shorter appointments and divided focus.

One note for prospective patients: although Agile was in network for me, there was balance billing between the negotiated insurance rate and Agile’s full rate, so my year of therapy was more expensive than expected. That said, the quality of care and the attention to detail helped me regain over 90% of my right hip function, and it was absolutely worth it. I would choose Agile again without hesitation.

I went for my first PT appointment at the Palo Alto APT facility. What I observed in the waiting room was a positively friendly interaction of patients and the front reception desk personal.
The patients were called in by their providers, all happy to greet and see.

I saw Noom, ( Dr T Sirimaturos ). I saw him before from 2016 to 2019 (precovid). The exercises he put me on helped me remain mobile without great discomfort to do things I enjoy. But age has caught on and I need his help again. He evaluated me and explained his plans. He is giving me four weeks after which he will re-evaluate and recommend appropriately then.

With Noom’s expert recommendations, I am hopeful I can again avoid invasive treatment of my problem.

It is by far the very BEST physical therapy I have ever had. I’ve had a lot of PT. The therapist stays with the client the entire time. Other places spend 15 min and then pawn you off to some trainee or take new clients after your 15 min and just try to watch across the room while you are doing your assigned exercises on your own. I had a robotic assist total knee replacement on July 1st. I have been receiving outpatient physical therapy at Agile since the third week of my recovery. The staff at the desk have been very helpful and welcoming. My therapist is outstanding, clearly presenting the various exercises, and being very supportive. I researched a number of physical therapy resources. Almost all of them were for athletes or children, but not for medical conditions. Agile is one that welcomes people in need of recovery. I'm writing a second review of my great experience with Agile. A year ago I worked with Tyler Vinson at Agile for a bad neck problem. The entire experience was great, and he really helped me recover. At the time I was so impressed that I was moved to write my very Google review.

Well, I re-injured the neck and had another procedure. I immediately went back to Agile and worked with Tyler again. Just as last time, it's been great all around. Fortunately the problem wasn't as bad this time, and we worked through it fairly quickly. Again, Tyler spent a lot of time answering my endless questions about how and (more importantly) why I should do the various exercises.

Just had my last session, and just like last time I walked away with two important things: first, I have almost totally recovered. And second I have a solid plan to build on my exercises and get back to physical activity.

Five stars all around; couldn't recommend Agile and Tyler more.

I have been with Agile for my ACL injury since February'25. I was lucky to get Christina Allen as my physiotherapist from the very begining. She has been attentive, approachable, and understands my needs. She customizes the exercises in every session basing upon my weekly progress. This is a great place. From the front office to the therapists, every one is super-organized and professional. The therapists are very good. I had a complex situation going on and my therapist (Payton) even helped with the diagnosis in terms of whether it was hamstring tendinosis, a muscle injury or spinal neuropathy related. Even the Doctors I saw couldn't be sure. But by making me do various movements, Payton was able to narrow it down.

I highly recommend Tyler Vinson and Agile Physical Therapy! He helped me recover from a shoulder fracture and chronic hip pain during a very tough time in my personal life. He is kind, thorough and very knowledgeable. He set realistic goals for me, kept me on track with a variety of workouts and home exercises. Three months later my hip is still pain free and I have great mobility in my shoulder. Agile is also very responsive at the front desk with appointments. This is my third time over 5 years to get to work with Agile Physical Therapy. Each time I have been extremely pleased with the outcome. Recently I have spent nearly 3 months working with Tyler Vinson to recover from a running injury in my right foot. Tyler' created a comprehensive strengthening and stretching regime , and met with me weekly to add and subtract components of the therapy. I stuck closely with Tyler's program for 11 weeks and successfully worked my way out of the injury. I am back to running almost at full strength now and very pleased. I recently had physical therapy at Agile in Palo Alto for an attack of sciatica. I didn't even know what sciatica was until my doctor explained it to me. It was terribly disabling and I could barely walk for a few weeks. The attack started March 20 and my final PT session was yesterday, June 5. During that time I had an MRI and saw many doctors. But my physical therapist, Tyler, was the one that saved the day. He knew all the right moves and uncannily predicted all the small problems the MRI would reveal. Absolutely great guy, friendly and professional. No cortisone shots were ever needed. The people who answer the phones, typically a woman named Marly, were always friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Agile highly enough!

I have literally never written an online review before, but felt compelled to because of the fantastic experience I had at Agile!

I had an extremely painful bulging disc in my neck that cuased constant shooting pains and numbness in my arm. I required three cortisone injections. The first two injections helped a bit, but faded quickly. Before the third, I reached out to Agile, and had a couple of sessions with Tyler Vinson.

Tyler immediately began me on exercises that started reducing the pain even before I received the cortisone shot. Afterwards, he worked with me for a couple of months. The results were night and day compared to the previous cortisone treatments.

I rapidly regained function and range of motion, and the pain and numbness subsided quickly. As we progressed through treatment, Tyler was extremely good about explaining what the issues were and how the various exercises would help. Understanding all of this made a huge difference in my recovery. I made rapid progress. The pain and numbness reduced and my range of motion got measurably better from one day to the next.

All of this meant that within a few weeks my quality of life became better than it had been in over six months. I was able to ride my motorcycle again, and begin regular exercising. Without the constant pain (or mind-numbing painkillers) I was also able to much better focus at work and do chores around the house that had become painful.

Partway through, I got a bit too enthusiastic about returning to weight lifting and strained my rotator cuff. Tyler rapidly diagnosed this, changed my exercise program to compensate and help reduce the rotator cuff issue. Within a couple of weeks it subsided, and I was able to still make progress on my neck and arm issues.

I am now almost fully recovered, with no pain or quality of life issues. My arm is is still a bit weak, but I'm continuing to make progress on my own.

More importantly, because of the excellent communication during physical therapy, I am much better prepared to handle any flare ups or setbacks. I also have all the tools I need to keep my neck and shoulders strong and prevent recurrence.

I want to express my appreciation to Tyler for his excellent instruction and support through this process. It made all the difference in the world. I would also like to thank all the folks at Agile, who were very helpful when I had scheduling issues.

My 12-year-old daughter plays high-level club soccer, but lacked the strength, physicality, and explosion necessary to play an aggressive style with confidence. Meghan was recommended to us by an elite collegiate athlete, to improve strength and conditioning, which she felt would ultimately improve speed, acceleration and general toughness. Meghan has a wonderfully outgoing personality and is fun to be around, but also works my daughter hard, both during their training sessions and with a scripted workout regimen she’s to follow at home. After just a few months working privately with Meghan, my daughter’s testing metrics have doubled, and it shows on and (more importantly) off the field. She no longer is afraid to engage in contact against bigger competitors, and as a result plays much more aggressively, with confidence to use her body to gain leverage over opponents. She feels stronger, so she plays stronger, because she *is* stronger. That increased confidence has also carried over to life outside of soccer, both at school and in her social interactions. She adores Meghan and looks up to her as a role model. My daughter looks forward to their training sessions, even though she knows it will require intense effort and hard work. Meghan has had a significant influence on my daughter and is the ideal trainer for any youth athlete looking to build strength, quickness, explosion, and most of all…confidence.

I'm having a great experience with Agile. Maddie is my therapist. She explained to me the reasons of my injury and simplified it so I could understand. I got some recommended exercises and a running program to get back on the track sooner than I thought. I'm feeling a lot of relief from just a week and getting on the track soon to run again.
