Christin Tate
Meet Christin
Christin received her undergraduate degree in kinesiology and psychology from Gordon College, MA and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Springfield College, MA. She recently completed her masters in project management in 2021 from Georgetown University to aid Agile in creating programs that bring value to patients and providers. She completed the Agile Physical Therapy Orthopaedic Residency year-long program in addition to attending several courses at USC upon completion. Christin is a Board Certified as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. She completed Agile's Pelvic and Gender Health Residency in 2017 and is board certified in this speciality as well.
Christin has contributed to research projects on stroke rehabilitation, and anticipatory responses during cycling, as well as teaching undergraduate courses. Beyond research, her interests reside in pelvic and gender health and orthopaedic athletic populations. She has worked in a wide variety of outpatient orthopaedic clinics and holds certifications in both FMS and SFMA. Christin is passionate about influencing her patient’s movement and pain, and empowering them to be advocates for their own health and wellness.
In her spare time she enjoys running, reading, spinning, yoga, watching New England sports, soccer and has completed several half and full marathons.
