Meet Tara
Tara received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, where she graduated with honors. Committed to lifelong learning and continuous professional development, Tara obtained her Pilates Teaching Certification in 2018 through the renowned BASI Pilates program, incorporating its principles into her therapeutic approach. In 2024, she became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and completed advanced fellowship training in orthopedic manual therapy through Bellin College.
Beyond her expertise in orthopedic care, Tara is highly skilled in treating vestibular disorders, employing evidence-based techniques to address dizziness, balance issues, and other related symptoms. Her holistic approach to treatment is complemented by a deep interest in nutrition and lifestyle factors. Tara believes that physical therapy can be the catalyst to improve a person’s life through movement, science, and optimism.
Tara was born and raised in Orange County. Like a true California native, she enjoys spending time in the sun, traveling, getting together with her family, and exploring new restaurants.
