Gena Schildt

Gena earned both her Doctor of Physical Therapy and her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Boston University. She spent several years as an outpatient physical therapist in Chicago where she provided care for patients with orthopaedic and sports injuries in addition to concussion and vestibular disorders.  

She partners with her patients to provide an individualized treatment approach that includes manual therapy, exercise, education, and identification of lifestyle and wellness factors influencing their condition. Her goal is to empower her patients to regain control over their health and get back to what they enjoy doing as quickly as possible. She also believes in continuous learning and improvement and is currently completing Agile’s Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Fellowship program.

A Texas native, she enjoys exploring the Bay Area hiking trails and beaches as well as baking, traveling, and trying new workout classes.
