Tara Greiner

Tara received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, graduating with honors. She is passionate about delivering high-quality physical therapy in San Francisco, helping patients recover from injury, improve performance, and return to the activities they love.

Committed to lifelong learning, Tara earned her Pilates Teaching Certification in 2018 through the renowned BASI Pilates program and integrates Pilates-based movement into her rehabilitation programs. In 2024, she became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and completed advanced fellowship training in orthopedic manual therapy through Bellin College.

Tara specializes in sports physical therapy and concussion physical therapy, with expertise in vestibular rehabilitation for dizziness, balance issues, and post-concussion recovery. She uses evidence-based techniques and a holistic approach that considers nutrition, lifestyle, and individualized exercise to help patients achieve optimal outcomes.

Born and raised in Orange County, Tara brings California warmth to her care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, spending time in the sun, and gathering with her family.
