Celeste Kau
Meet Celeste
Celeste is a Bay Area native, who received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chapman University after graduating from University of the Pacific with a bachelors in Health and Exercise Sports Science. She grew up playing competitive soccer in the Bay Area, which led her to the field of physical therapy and instilled the value of exercise and movement at a young age. She believes that moving is a privilege, so playing a role in facilitating others to be active — from the young athlete to the older adult — is an important value of hers.
She is an Emory trained vestibular therapist through the Duke University School of Medicine and has a strong passion for treating concussions and dizziness coming from the vestibular system. Additionally, she is a 200 hour trained Registered Yoga Teacher and is involved in Agile’s very own wellness program where she guides members through her weekly strength and yoga classes.
In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, playing golf, crafting, and experiencing live music.
