Jessica Grubaugh

Jessica’s mission is to empower clients, helping them gain independence and untap their own healing process—the best recipe for long-lasting results. Driven by her clients’ needs and inspired by their successes; she believes in teaching correct form and technique first—then building on that foundation. Jessica uses a combination of manual therapy, biomechanics and movement-analysis as the foundation for her practice. She has worked extensively with running analysis, has led injury prevention workshops and taught circuit training classes. Jessica earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of New England and has traveled to more than 25 countries.

In her free time, she is an adventurer, runner, snowboarder and cyclist. Always up for a challenge, she is also renovating a 100-year old house—and enjoying every minute of it.
