Danielle Conway Littlehale
Meet Danielle
Danielle is a Bay Area native and Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in working with runners, athletes, and active individuals looking to return to high-level performance. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
Danielle’s passion for physical therapy began through her own experience as an injured athlete, and she brings that perspective into her care—helping patients move efficiently, prevent re-injury, and perform at their best. She has extensive experience treating runners, as well as athletes in sports such as rock climbing, gymnastics, and soccer.
In addition to orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, Danielle also provides pelvic floor physical therapy, helping patients address issues such as core dysfunction, pelvic pain, and return-to-activity concerns. She has completed Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 training and integrates pelvic health into a comprehensive, whole-body approach to care.
Danielle is also LSVT BIG certified and has experience treating neurological conditions including Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis, as well as vestibular conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, Danielle enjoys staying active through hiking, camping, yoga, and strength training, and brings that same energy and commitment to helping her patients achieve their goals.
