Teresa Ludwig
Meet Teresa
Teresa received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2020 from
Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, CA after receiving her bachelors of
science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from San Jose
State University.
With her background as a soccer player and coach, Teresa believes in a
movement-based, team approach to care. She enjoys problem solving and
working with her patients to set and achieve functional goals that are
important to them. In addition to the adult orthopedic population, she is also
PWR!Moves certified and enjoys working with patients with Parkinson’s.
In her free time, Teresa enjoys watching and playing soccer, trying new
workout classes, hiking in the bay area with her puppy, snuggling up with her
cats to read a good book and baking desserts.
