Kelly Kaufman
Meet Kelly
Originally from Burbank, California, Kelly is excited to be back in her home state after obtaining both her B.A. in Psychology and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Marquette University located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Kelly specializes in pelvic and gender health, a domain of physical therapy she discovered while still in school. Her passion for learning and advocacy led her to take on additional coursework in the field, ultimately leading to a clinical rotation working closely with the perinatal population.
Sharing symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction or gender health issues with a healthcare provider can be uncomfortable for some, which is why Kelly seeks to provide a space where people feel safe to share their stories. She believes that creating this foundation of trust and support is essential to helping patients achieve their goals.
Before coming into the clinic, Kelly loves reverse engineering the most popular seasonal Starbucks drinks and otherwise spending time in the kitchen: from making homemade ice cream to meal prepping nutritious lunches to take to work.
