Lily Bankas
Meet Lily
Lily is an East Bay Area native who received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cal Poly
Humboldt in Arcata, CA, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt University
in Oakland, CA. Lily is working on obtaining her Women’s Health Clinical Specialty through
Agile’s Women’s Health Residency Program.
Lily has a background in track and field, where she competed collegiately during her time at Cal
Poly Humboldt in throwing events. Her exposure to pelvic and gender health before physical
therapy school led her to pursue this specialty. Lily's interest led her to take additional
coursework to deepen her knowledge to empower the patients she works with. She believes
everyone should have access to quality pelvic health physical therapy. Lily is excited to help
patients overcome pelvic floor dysfunctions and return to their desired activities without any
stigma.
Outside the clinic, Lily enjoys hammer throwing, long hikes, and gardening. She also enjoys
spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and trying new cuisines.
