Nina Kha
Meet Nina
Nina (she/her) is a Board Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist who is passionate about pelvic floor rehabilitation in people of all genders. She studied Molecular Biology at the University of California San Diego before switching careers and earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Samuel Merritt University.
Nina's interest in Pelvic Health began during her graduate studies, when she realized how underserved this population was. She went on to complete a year-long residency program at Agile Physical Therapy to further her knowledge in helping women, men, and people of all gender identities regain confidence in their pelvic floor function. Nina understands how sensitive these issues are and hopes to help destigmatize bowel, bladder, and sexual dysfunction and empower people to seek the care they need to return to the activities they love.
As a Bay Area native, she grew up as a competitive Dragon Boat paddler and has competed at an international level. These days she enjoys lifting weights, running, trying new exercise classes, and spending time with her dog and family.
