Meet Shelton
Shelton received a Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Ohlone College in 2016 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Biology from UC Davis in 2007.
Shelton's personal history with radiating back pain has given him first hand experience with the importance of body mechanics, postural awareness, and a positive attitude during the road to recovery. By applying these ideas, he has been able to return to hobbies such as running, rock climbing, backpacking, and martial arts. He enjoys helping others learn and apply these concepts to everyday life so they can return to activities they enjoy as well.
