Elizabeth Gibbs
Meet Elizabeth
Elizabeth earned her Doctor in Occupational Therapy Degree at Midwestern University in 2022. Prior to her graduate degree, Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2014.
Elizabeth specializes in upper extremity rehab and was working in Chicago, IL at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, a top ten orthopedic program in the United States, prior to her move to Palo Alto. Elizabeth strives to enable her patients to be active participants in their recovery and to assist them in returning to the activities that they need and want to do. She is passionate about learning and treating patients with chronic pain and spent her graduate education developing and researching on an occupation-based chronic pain self-management program.
Elizabeth enjoys living an active lifestyle and spending time with family and friends. She spends her free time hiking, skiing, biking, and trying new restaurants with her friends and family. She is still on the look-out for a good pizza place that can meet her “Chicago expectations” in the Bay Area.
