Frank Lima
Meet Frank
Frank is a Bay Area native, graduating from Whitworth University with a major in Health Sciences, and Western University of Health Sciences for his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has worked primarily in orthopedic settings specializing in treating patients who benefit from postural dysfunction, ergonomics, gait training, running analysis, and return to sports/orthopedic rehabilitation.
He completed his certification of orthopedic manual therapy in 2022. Frank's treatment philosophy involves improving patient education, and improving body awareness to help each patient improve their confidence and motivation in order to achieve their functional goals.
Frank has a background instructing martial arts and coaching track and field throughout his high school and undergraduate years, but also enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and movies.
