Jacqueline Salas
Meet Jacqueline
Jacqueline graduated from Dominican University of California in San Rafael, CA with a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy and Bachelors degree in Health Science with a minor in Psychology.
During her graduate studies, she had a fieldwork placement in hand therapy at Select Physical Therapy where she became deeply interested in treating upper extremity based diagnosis and later on began her career at the same clinic treating patients with different backgrounds, diverse diagnosis, and various degrees of complexity. In addition to her work in the clinic, she also spent time in the operating room observing nationally renowned board-certified orthopaedic surgeon’s Dr. Noah Weiss and Dr. Michael Bollinger to better understand surgical procedures she was treating in the clinic. Overall gaining a holistic perspective.
Jacqueline has earned her Advanced Practice in Physical Agent Modalities through the state of California and is currently pursuing Advanced Practice in Hand Therapy and license to become a Certified Hand Therapist.
When not treating patients, Jacqueline enjoys adventuring in nature, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling.
