Payton Smith
Meet Payton
Payton, a Bay Area native, earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Utah. She is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), which align with her passion for treating active individuals, particularly golfers, to enhance performance and prevent injuries.
With experience treating a wide range of patients, from weekend warriors to athletes aiming to improve their game, Payton takes a patient-centered approach, combining hands-on techniques with individualized exercise programs. Education is central to her treatment philosophy, empowering patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
In her free time, Payton enjoys golfing, cooking, lifting weights in the gym, rock climbing, and spending time with friends and family. She is dedicated to helping her patients return to the activities they love, stronger and more resilient than ever.
