Robert Chu
Meet Robert
Robert is a native to San Francisco and currently resides in the East Bay. He pursued the profession initially after observing the impact a physical therapist made on improving the quality of walking for a stroke patient within five minutes of intervention.
Robert earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in 2014. Upon completion, he pursued the 9-month Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) residency at Kaiser Vallejo, where he refined his skills in observation, manual therapy, and clinical reasoning. Since then, he has treated patients in an outpatient orthopaedic setting. He also completed Agile physical therapy's 1-year orthopaedic residency to further his clinical skills.Robert’s passion is to help patients return to their goals and make the process educational and fun! He enjoys spending time with friends/family, attending church, and staying active in basketball, running, and ultimate frisbee.
