Meet Moira
Moira studied exercise physiology and minored in psychology while earning her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis. She worked as an Athletic Trainer after being certified by the National Athletic Trainer’s Association and before pursuing her graduate work at Boston University, where she completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy. While in Boston, Moira studied under renowned strength and conditioning and performance coach Michael Boyle, and earned her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Moira practices evidence-based medicine and co-edited a text for clinicians entitled Physical Therapy Treatment of Common Orthopaedic Conditions.

She has worked with elite athletes at all levels—professional, Olympic and national team members, collegiate and high school athletes—and served as the Director of Athletic Training and Rehabilitation for Stanford University’s Sports Medicine department for seven years.
