Mai Hamel
Meet Mai
Mai graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2015 and received her Bachelors in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine. Her passion with physical therapy started after recovering from a low back injury while competing as a collegiate level swimmer at UCI. Mai has since obtained her Orthopedic Clinical Specialty certification and continues to treat a wide array of patients with orthopedic conditions. She enjoys utilizing her knowledge about exercise and manual therapy skills to assist with achieving patient goals.
Outside of work, Mai enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband, training for triathlons, hiking and snowboarding.
