Sonja Bauer
Meet Sonja
Sonja received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF)/ San Francisco State University. Prior to her graduate studies, Sonja earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Natural Science and Dance at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
She received further training and is a graduate of the Agile Physical Therapy Orthopaedic Residency year-long program and has since become a board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist (OCS).
With her background as a dancer, she is continually drawn to the intricacies of movement. She is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their treatment, by providing them with tools to live and move at their best ability.
In her free time, Sonja enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking around the beautiful bay area, and you can most likely catch her taking a workout class.
